Shipping Policy

At Sophie & Claire, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery time: Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

  • Shipping confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Carriers: We work with Royal Mail and other trusted delivery partners to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

  • Cost: Shipping is free on all UK orders.

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. If an item is temporarily low in stock, delivery may take an extra 2–3 business days.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To arrange a return:

  1. Contact our customer care team at customerservice@sophieandclaire.co.uk within 30 days.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a tracked Royal Mail label for safe delivery back to us.

  3. Refunds are processed once the item is received in its original, unused condition and passes a brief quality check.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering, as most orders are processed quickly.

  • Refunds are processed promptly after inspection of the returned item.
